This film is a coming of age story about a young girl with a white mother and an absent black father. Too often we don't appreciate the responsibility the white parent has bringing up a "black" child.

Our first film N'anga is about the challenges of existing in the diaspora yet being from somewhere else. As a society, those who have moved to the UK from elsewhere, it is difficult to understand what you believe in and what you connect to.
We shot this in 2020 and are so excited that it has been accepted by three film festivals, an illustration of how important it is for all of our stories to be told.
